Word Enlarging Letterhead Image

Hi All,

I was hoping I might find someone here who has come across this before, I am scratching my head a little.

We have a customer that when she goes to print, its enlarging the image on her letterhead paper. She is the only person in this office who is experiencing this issue, and it happens on both her Konica C250i and HP Officejet. So its got to be something in word right?

I have tried saving as different file types. The print preview looks fine, but everytime is comes out one of the printers, its enlarging the image. It could be something silly, but I am struggling to figure it out for her. It's is not something that we usually cover but i want to try and help them out. I have attached an example of what its doing.

Any recommendations is greatly appreciated.

If it is the only equipment (computer) in the company with this problem, the problem may be something in the program with which it makes said impression.
Are the drivers specific to these models?
If you use the WSD port for communication, I recommend replacing it with the TCP/IP port.
Is this "increase" problem with a billing problem or with other types of text programs?
