    Scanning To Azure File Share

    Good morning gentlemen,

Does anyone here have experience setting up scanning to an Azure File Share from a Kyocera device? I have an IT professional poking around the process and as of now he's still getting a 2101 error when scanning to the destination he's added to the copier address book. To the best of my knowledge Kyocera recommends using the Cloud Print and Scan or Microsoft Connector app to accomplish what he is trying to accomplish but I do not have any experience with this scan method to date so any assistance would be greatly appreciated. I would prefer to discuss specifics via email, not here in the forum (FYI), so either comment here or send emails to corey@gcsnow.com Scanning To Azure File Share

2101 error when scanning on a Kyocera is most likely to be an SMB error SMBv1 not supported by the destruction

Fixed it for you! Sounded funny the way you originally posted it.

Re: Scanning To Azure File Share

I've successfully set up scanning to an Azure File Share from a Kyocera device using the Cloud Print and Scan app. Initially, I encountered a similar 2101 error, but after carefully configuring the settings and ensuring proper permissions on the Azure File Share, the issue was resolved.
