Host: local host scanner Status page randomly printing

I have these pages that is printing out randomly from several different clients and from different brands of copiers. So far, it'sDOC020124-02012024125204.pdf happing on our Brother, Sharp/Lexmark boxes. Anyone else have this issue? I think it has to do with a Microsoft update possibly.?
