Sharp BP-70C45 - Installer has detected unsupported operating system

I am sure the problem lies with my customer's laptop, but can't hurt to ask.

I went to a client sight because they can scan, but cannot print. Whoever installed it allowed Microsoft to pick the driver and WSD port. I deleted the printer and installed Sharp drivers with actual IP address. 6 of the 7 machines worked fine.

The 7th machine, at the very beginning of trying to install the driver says "Installer has detected an unsupported operating system." If I allow Microsoft to install it's own driver and I try to update, the laptop seems not to except the .inf file. If I go to Printing Preferences or Printer Properties, Advanced, Printing defaults, it would give me "Operation could not be completed" message.

The first 6 computers were regular Windows 10 or 11 Pro laptops. The machine I am having the issue with is a Verizon 5G laptop. Lenova Flex 5G Windows 11 Pro laptop. I believe he has had issues with other programs and has had other odd issues with the laptop.

    Any ideas would be appreciated.

It's an ARM laptop, like a Microsoft Surface.
Here a driver from Sharp France with this description :
UD3L driver for PC and tablet with ARM and ARM64 processor.
The attached driver is a Lite version of the UD3 driver for PLC6, ARM and ARM64.
This version does not manage all the machine's functions (such as options), but allows basic printing with, for example, "Surface Pro" devices using ARM processors.

The Surface is not an ARM device other than some of the very early Surface RT devices which haven't been sold in close to a decade and the Pro X. The vast majority of Surface devices are x64.

The only Surface that I've encountered (10 or so max) were ARM, the x86 version is not really interesting compared to the alternatives.

You can also use Sharp Desk Mobile via the Microsoft store, especially if there is authentication. It's a little cumbersome, but for one user it's not as bad.

I am waiting for the user to be in the office again. I will be dropping off the UD3 lite driver and hopefully he should be able to load it himself. I'll let you know.
