Use "User Tools/Counter" button on the op panel to get in to "system settings" - network setting should be there. Once you change IP address to your network pool you can use web setup to finish it.

theres nothing. I go user/tools>system settings>interface and i only see 2 parallel port settings.
Is my copier missing something? firmware? or network board?

this is frustrating as hell lol.

Lets go back to basics - does your copier have printer and/or scanner buttons on op panel? If they are present does the screen changes when you press any of them? IF copier has no other buttons on the left except "copier" and "document server" then your mission is over. For copier to be able to print and scan it has to have some hardware present - nic card, extra memory and print/scan boot rom.

If it does have the print scan option...my memory machine seems to remember having to enable the NIC through SP modes on some older Ricohs. Sorry worked on a C900 today my brain power is almost used up.
