Hi there, you had a reply to someone about error code c8104 on Konica Minolta C550, i have a question for you maybe you can help me resolve my issues. It's concerning the slit glass or anything relating to copies or scanning, if there's a problem with that glass other then being dirty or blocked could it affect the copies causing only partial copy, faded copies, lines on copies, cause i have a machine that prints perfect but when you place an original in the ADF it's always say's to clear original off the glass and there none there and when you finally clear that message by turning off the machine you scan from ADF and the copies are only partial light and covered with fine lines but if i scan them on the glass they copy but all light, any ideas?
