Brother MFC 8910 Paper Jam when selecting multiple copies

Brother MFC 8910 jams when doing more than one copy. No jams on a single copy. Paper jams exiting fuser unit with another page following stopping under drum unit. There are no wrinkles or folding of paper. I repaired fuser about 6 months ago, and it seems to be fine. I did change pickup paper solenoid, but no luck. Could this be a sensor? Any ideas? Thanks.

do you have a manual?

are you a tech?

how did you 'repair" the fuser unit? they don't sell fuser part.. just complete assemblies.
