Having problem with ricoh mpc 4502 leaving lighter streaks when printing. Does not appear to be a roller issue and only when printing color photos. Drum and developer has been cleaned and appears to be in good shape. Help!!

Have you cleaned the laser glasses for each color?
What's the total count for development units?
Did you actually split drum and dev. unit in two to check that the doctor blade gap isn't obstructed in developer units?
You may have made things worse by "blowing them out", and of course there was toner that blew out! You blew air into the developer/ toner mixture contained in the unit!!
You can easily split the units by taking out 4 screws and 1 e-clip and a bushing, but this begs the question, Are you at all confident in your abilities to disassemble and then reassemble these units? With your "blow job" solution, I have a feeling you might not be a tech.
Yoi got lucky in that a couple of top Ricoh techs on this site are some of the few who regularly check here for posts. In the future you will get more help if you post to the actual Ricoh tech forum.
