Good morning good people,
I have a paper jam in the DPU in the machine above, DP773. I replaced the clutch, the sensors. I've been having a problem with the machine for a month now and have to resolve this header. The paper simply stops when it passes under the white registration and the header appears.
I have seen service bulletin about it that KYocera release in 2014, but its not the case in my problem. Paper have been pull, and just stop almost at the exit of Document Processor.
If u have some suggestions and solutions, I would be grateful. Thanks.
