in new ricoh copiers like mp3352 i cannot fined the connector

Re: Need technicians help to connect external device to defirents copiers

Older Kyocera use a wired plug to connect.New machine it plugs direct to main pcb.
Your 5501i will need a connect plug.
You have to turn on key counter in maintenance mode thats the same on all models.
Older models the connection jumper plug is usally on the side near the rear of machine.
If need you can pm me for the correct sim mode

the 4 wire "molex" connector is behind the grill above the RS door on konicas.
the newer series also offer a connector on the PRCB for other types of payment solution hardware.
they both use different selections in vendor mode. trial and error unless your hardware specifies which one to use.
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.

For Ricoh you need an optional board see attached this is for the MP 3352
