Usually anytime I get jams in duplexer the whole unit needs to be replaced.You can check to see if one of the plastic bushings for the duplexer transport rollers has popped out of place .Oki does not spare any parts for the duplex unit.

Disregard last post......got confused with a mps3537.I have had the bushing pop out before but luckily found it and the clip inside of the machine.

I've had the same issue on a few of these units. Change out the feeder registration unit #45377801 should cure your problem
