Has anyone come across Error code C2153 from a BIZHUB C3351? If so please foward the remedy and necessary steps taken to solve this problem.

I've never had that code but the code is related to the transfer belt.

Remove the transfer belt and inspect. Make sure not torn or binding.

It's - Transfer belt spacing fault at K pressure switching.
Did you follow procedure in manual for troubleshooting?
First check ITB as copyman pointed, next are SD1, M1 and MFPB itself.

Eventually You will need manual if working on one of these.
