bizhub 4020 just beeping

hy, i have a Konica Minolta Bizhub 4020 and when i turn on the machine just beeping without any ligth on or tochscreen. i change the power source with one from another machine who works, and nothing happen. any solution, pls

Hi, I have had a similar problem on new bizub 4020 printers. The display is very delicate!
Often, if you press hard enough, you will see that the display turns on. Otherwise try to open the cover on the left and start disassembling it. The flat cable must be well connected. In my case the hook is often broken and the entire display needs to be replaced.
