Driver options window is to small

Good morning

I have a Xerox Color C70 with rip Fiery

I´m having an issue with the driver, when i need to choose the printing options, this situation only happens on my new desktop computers

No matter what software i´m printing, when I go to the driver properties it appears square and to small, so i have to send the work for the rip and then, configure my print job there.

I´v tested two drivers, the most recent in xerox site and the driver provided in the rip web page, did no solve. Verified the graphics driver, and it is the most recent. I´ve tested with different windows resolutions and did not solve.

So is Windows 10 with the latest updates.

On my holder computers, some with windows 10, i have no problem.

Any clue of what is provoking this?

It appears you are refusing to post your in the proper copier forum, https://www.copytechnet.com/forums/xerox/, try paying for a support call with Xerox. It is their driver. It is their problem to fix.

Did your new computer have a high resolution display? sometimes it appears on such displays because the software can´t scale to the high resolution. it is only some thoughts. i got this on a dell xps 13 with 3200 x 1600 resolution.

This might be helpful.
On some of the Windows 10 CPU that I installed the Fiery Driver on the Printing Preferences Dialog Box comes up really small. You can print using it but you have to move the tabs up/down. I've tried a few thing but can't get it

I think that is the point, by any reason, with resolutions above full hd it can´t be shown correctly.

you can try to connect a second monitor to the computer with lower resolution and open there the driver properties.. i don´t know if this helps...
