Any errors in the 600's are usually controller/memory/HDD related. My first suggestion would be to re-seat all the connectors on the main controller, and then try rebooting.
If that doesn't change anything, disconnect the hard drive and reboot again. If the error code changes, the HDD is bad. If not, you're probably looking at either bad memory chips or bad main controller.
Not much info in the service manuals on an E617, so I'm just going by past experience here.
