    Small Business w/about 5000 copies/mo... advice please.

So I've done some research and I really need to make a decision ASAP. This site has been VERY helpful - Thank You All!

We have a small business in New York City and we can't rely on our consumer grade MFC's anymore for copy chores (we have a few Brother 8860DN machines.)

We probably do about 3-5k copies per month.

I'm leaning toward the Kyocera/Copystar/Mita line from what I've read.

    Two Questions:

    1) What are my options if I want to stay in the $2,500-$5,000 price range?

    2) I want to lease. Any good suggestions on where to lease the unit in NYC?

    Thanks in advance.

The Kyocera KM-3060 is a great machine that will handle that volume. You might be able to get on in your price range depending on options. The KM-2560 is that same machine just slower so that is also an option for you.

Let the dealer your buying from arrange your leasing, copier companies know copier leases.

PS: I'm not locked into Kyocera so other suggestions are welcome.

    Thanks in advance.
