Hi, are we able to setup 1 unit of copier ricoh af mpc 4503 with at least 500 users of locked print?

At one time 500 was the maximum entries you could have in your address book. That included all User Codes, fax destinations and scan destinations.

If you wish to get answers from more people, post another thread but do not end the title with the 5 letters print. That put the thread in Print view only mode. Very few of the members know how to reply to them.
