Rz200ep Half printing

Pls kindly address me, my Rz200ep printing half, down did not print even I set my paper feeder tray guide to A4, I check the scanner lamp it doesn't scan full only half way and return back,what could be the problem?

wrong original size would be my first guess?

I don't get what you meaning by wrong original size, pls put more light
