problem with Creating master withRiso ME9350E

hello !

I have a problem with a Riso I just bought. It's a RISO ME9350e Model (two colors)

When I want to create the master I press the green buttun for creating the master. then, there is a sound like like mechanical issue. and after I have a pannel with an error: T27-248.

When I press the little green button on the right panel to open the Master, The same noise appears and the led did not lit (so I can't open the Master door...)

It sounds like something jammed... ?

Update !

I managed to force the opening of the Master door. (nothing broke :-)

I pulled the master trail, removed and reinstalled the Master roll.

closed the door,

everything is ok !
