RZ-220 Error codes

Came across an RZ220 displaying error codes D04-560 & D17-237.

Check the meaning of the codes and troubleshoot. Did not find any cut wires. Replace print cylinder with a working one but error codes remains.

Just want to ensure that such an issue is caused by the Mech_Ctrl PCB before I order a new one because they are very expensive.

Are you using generic ink and masters??? Seems odd both RF tags have failed

no generic. ink and master are OEM.

Only time I've had an RF issue was on a new machine where the master roll sensor connector had popped out in shipping transport. You've already tried a new drum, have you tried different ink and masters from a different lot number? Had a few very low volume machines where the ink was in the machine for so long it made them change it out even though it was still 1/3 full...

Otherwise cut tie wraps and reseat all connectors before ordering a new (different) board. They are old enough you should be able to find a used one
