    GR3770 main shaft alignment

    Hello,

The Charity I work for has been donated a GR3770 for the print dept... we do lots of workshops with kids, mainly screen printing and litho/relief. However it would be great to add this machine.

There is no drum in the machine
The Drum home position button returns the main shaft to the position shown in the uploaded photo

I'm looking in section II-1 of the technical service information document to find out how to align itI've also attached a photo showing the pressure disc alignment Screenshot 2020-10-09 at 16.59.00.jpg

Am I right in thinking that one of the belts must have slipped?

Yes it looks like the main belt has jumped some teeth and the machine is out of time. Have to loosen the feed clutch to give you slack and put the drive back into "home." A book would be really helpful which I don't have any more because it's so old.
Parts are extremely scarce so be very mindful of that and the time and effort you put into this freebie
