    lines apprears on printing

Hello, I have an issue with my EZ 220 riso.

When scanning new master, some lines appears on the drum's master and which affect the printing also.

When making confidential master, the lines are not there.

Anyone can advice me what to do, where to service, etc?? WhatsApp Image 2021-03-19 at 14.18.09.jpg

Does the problematic black line on the print move to different positions with each master?

no, the lines stay at the same position. each new master will will have the same lines (except confidential master).

so the cause is in the scan or thermal print head. For now, perform a thorough cleaning of the scanner and head.
