    If you problem is the wrinkle seen in images 2 and 3 I would say you have a problem with a roller in the master feed unit. It could be a sponge roller deteriorating or a bad bearing/bushing causing a roller to not run true.

    It is also possible that the black felt/foam pads in the clamp need replaced "anti wrinkle strips".

    Good luck.

    From the amount of ink on the inside of the door and rails I'd also say your impression roller is probably caked in old dry ink. Can only scrape it off and clean so many times before you just have to bite the bullet and buy a new one. Take it out and roll it across a good flat surface (table), if you can see daylight under it that's not good and can cause wrinkled masters

    it has been long time ,when the master shrink ,i readjust the position of master before printing, so the master touch the rail , this action i did so many times,,
    at first , i check the clamp plate position ,four screws to tighten the clamp
    =================
    attach pics is another problem paper reject stuck under the print drum,,
    someone say the o ring may broken need replace ,but mine .air pump piston o ring not broken ,piston connect to the rod ,totally broken,,...
    order the parts on ebay ,it come from asia (china ,taiwan ,hongkong) need 1 months, but i need to print 23 reams of ncr papers , i keep the used machine spray powder,air compressor instead ,,connect to the tube , blow air ,and it works finish printing in two days
