Change maater roll

I have Riso Ez 200 and evrery thing is ok. After making one master it shaw change master roll warning. I have changed it the geniun one. Even i have change master RF. The problem does'nt fixed.pls which part of this machine to be changed?

Is the replace master roll light flashing or solid on?? If it is flashing, it's saying get ready to replace. If it's on, then replace.
OR is some other light on that your are confused with?

My brother, Number 4 and master rolle is solid on, not fashing simply lighting on. On screen no disply, it is black. In addition no other lights on. Thank u

The 4 light has nothing to do with needing to replace the master roll. If the 4 light is on, then the master making unit is not set, there is a jam in the master making unit or some other error. But since you said you have no other lights or codes then see about the latch for the master making unit. If you have the service manual look into the master making section and maker making unit detection. If you don't have one, get one.

It is like this....* when master unit is at home or inserted1. 4 and change master roll red light on, not blinking2. No screen disply, but on this condition if one of connection is unplug from master making pcb screen come with that error* when m.unit is out1. only 4 is blinging 2. Screen disply '0' ........ tank my brother.....!

Either something is blocking the master end sensor or that senor board has gone bad. Open up the made making unit and look at the sensor. Get a manual and go into test mode and check the sensor in test mode. If you can not get a service manual, have certified technician work on it.

my brother, i ckeck the maste ending sensors using multimeter it's ok. But my be the uper one assebly metal is defformed, i meen it may not alligned with the lower one. Can this make this broblem?PSX_20210809_112525.jpg
