Riso RZ 370 ep not responding to PC output
Hi all, new here and looking for solution to this issue. Printing from PC via USB/Parallel print cable has stopped working. Issue started after ink bottle error. Codes cleared and machine works as copier but does not receive data fro PC. Windows reinstalled, driver reinstalled, PC replaced, cable replaced. PC spools and holds document in queue. Troubleshooter does not report any errors. Send print, flashing light does not respond on RZ and that's it. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks.
