[Misc] Lines on Prints from Riso ComColor FW5230

I am currently working on a Riso ComColor 5230 duplicator which seems to have an issue with the print print heads/nozzle.

When printing in color, there would be lined through the image. I tried using the test modes like the "Print Head Test Pattern Print" (04-3-031) from which I seem to have narrowed it down to the Cyan and Magenta print heads as those are the only two colours which have the lines from the test mode prints.

But I still not know which of the print heads is the issue and are 6 heads for each color (12 head in all).

Can anyone please assist me with this? Any assistance will be very much appreciated.

    Thank you.

We can tell a hell of a lot more if you could scan a full color sample print to a pdf file and attach it for us to look at.

These are the output from the machine. The first image is the copy that was done where you can see two lines through the image.

The second image contains two prints from the test mode for the Magenta and Cyan colors with a line through each. This is how I identified which color heads had the issue.
