RISO RP 3700: irregular A02-509 error

Hello!

There is a strange trouble every 3-4 master making. In this case RP is doing all missions in the right order but drum's clamp plate stays closed while projected master loading. As a result leading edge of master doesn't clamped and drum rotates naked and master's leading edge gets dirty with ink. Of course, master-loading sensor doesn't see any master on drum and displays A02-509.
After cutting dirty edge and reinstalling master it makes 2-3 good masters then A02-509 again.

All 3 white collars aren't broken and in places on drum.

Have you tried with a different drum? If so, then something might be up with the clamp unit. Get the service manual and look at chap 10 master clamp section. That is if your statement is correct about the clamp no opening. It's also possible that the timing is off a little and that requires manual reading or a certified tech.
