Duplo DC-615 finisher

I bought a used Duplo cutter-creaser-slitter, but I'm unable to cut 21 or 24 business card out of a 12x18 cardstock. The cutter just chops the paper and give us nothing at all.
Is there a way to avoid this issue?

Did it come with any documentation or software? If not you may need to contact Duplo.

It comes with a software that I'm using to make another jobs. But for some jobs, the machine doesn't work as I am programming it in the software.
