Keep getting P01-537 and cannot figure what is causing this error. Help Needed

What have you tried??? Copy count???
After you have cleaned all sensors, dust bunnies and checked the drum is spinning correctly internally.
The gear on the main motor (that drives the belt) there are two allen screws that can back out. The EZ's started having lock tight in those screws. -

Thanks will check that. Customer just called and said that now they getting a P01-539 code. I cannot find that code in the manual.Comment

Clean all sensors, dust bunnys. check screws all seems well. As an update, before the error is displayed, drum keeps turning as if its pumping ink. but there is no indication on the screen that the inking motor is been activated. The action is as if it is continuous loading master into the disposal bin becuase the master disposal motor is also running.Comment

Make sure the firmware is up to date. 2.17 for here in the StatesComment
