As a System Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing pre-sales and post-sales support on Kyocera digital products, with a heavy emphasis on network connectivity and software compatibility issues. The ability to analyze and resolve mechanical (jamming) and electrical (board troubleshooting) machine issues is required.
