    [Error Code] 81.09.00 error color laserjet enterprise M751

    HP Color Laserjet enterprise M751

    error code 81.09.00

    when turned on it boots and goes straight to error.
    Then reboot again. in a loop.


    Anyone knows what can I do?
    I am not sure how to access the preboot menu for this printer.

    81.WX.YZ Near Field Communication (NFC) Wireless, Bluetooth or internal EIO error.

    Go here and download the service and troubleshooting manuals.

    HP laser Printer Service Manuals With Parts Diagrams and Part Numbers


    This is why I don't like Hp. Their error codes can mean so many things for the most part and the customer can end up spending money chasing the rabbit. Unless, the tech is familar with the symptoms, and or is an authorized dealer, then he has to put on his Harry Potter hat and wiz his way out or someone here who has been down that trail and can help you.
