    [Misc] Looking for a reliable A4 MFP printer

    Hello,
    I need to replace my printer at home. It's an HP Laserjet Pro 400 MFP "M425dn". It often stops working and display a message indicating a jam while there's no paper jammed.
    I think that printer is a piece of junk, and I'd like something which isn't designed to be thrown away after a few years of light use.
    I was confident with HP products, but that's finished.
    Is there any model on the second hand market which is reliable ? I'd like it to be an MFP. I don't need A3 prints, just A4. I don't need color print either.

      Hp is short for "high Priced," they are initially cheap to purchase but their consumables will eat your wallet alive. Brother is not too bad, remember, the more you spend up front on a product the less it will cost to operate, stick with toner and not ink.

              I started looking for a Brother B/W MFP but for the moment I haven't found an interesting one. I'll continue to search.
              What about the Konica printers ? I've found a Bizhub 4422 at an interesting price.

                      If you want something super reliable then the MF742CDW

                      If you want something that is okay, and cheaper on the ink a Samsung C480FW or CLX6260, all alternatively some of the Kyocera ecosys have nice runrates.

                      Pretty much all desktops are the same so just find something that's suitable for your needs.
