Hello, I am working on a canon pc-745. When copying there is a big black band down the the left side of the page approximently three inches in width. When I change the dial to the lightest it is still visible but not as dark. I have replaced the toner twice cleaned the optics which I removed the cover and cleaned and glass. Is there anything I am missing to do? Thanks, Brent
Just joined. Thought I'd comment just in case someone sees this. Could be your exposure lamp. I believe those had a fluorescent lamp that could cause problems. I had a few last I looked. But I've been clearing old inventory so... just wondering if this got fixed.
