My Bizhub C6501 gave the error C-3801 when it was left unattended after a print run. I am now getting C-3911 upon switching off and on after what should be the normal heat up cycle period (3 – 4min). I have discovered that NO HEATING IS HAPPENING IN THE FUSING UNIT AT ALL!!! Have ruled out the lamps because I removed them and tested them on the bench and found to be working and I have cleaned the sensors. I also un-plugged and re-plugged all the connectors on the ACDB but still nothing. What else can I do before starting to change boards? Thanks
