Hello, Have a problem starting up the Ricoh IM C4500. Tried to update the firmware remotely using Web Image Monitor. It's partially failed and now displaying the following message: Waiting for firmware update data... IPV4 address: XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX Please wait. I cannot enter SP mode. Nothings works. Can ping the device Ok. Anyone can advise if there is any methods to recover the device? Thanks.
