Office jet Pro 8600 - Indicate jammed paper

Good day Sir, I'm working with this printer it shows that there is a jammed paper inside. I already check all the possible causes and also the sensors. But still jammed paper display. Hope you can help me on this. TIA

Is the carriage encoder stained with ink? If so try cleaning with a cloth and diluted alcohol e.g jack and cola. (Just kidding)

These printers are notorious for this error, most of the time there is nothing you can do. Google, hp 8600 class action lawsuit. These printers are basically throw aways.
