The current printer i am using now is a HP Laserjet 3055. It can receive faxes directly to the computer.
What i am looking for is a printer system that can also make a copy of my sent faxes directly to the computer so i have a copy of it incase someone says they didn't receive it. I would be able to show them the copy sent with the time and date on it.
I think the option is called fax archiving.
So when i send a fax(through computer or hard copy) it would record the fax on the computer and show just like it would on the receiving end.
The reason i want this option is because i people keep saying they never receive my faxes and i can print the faxes out with the time stamp and everything and show them so they can't deny it.
