HP M602 & M604 jammimg when I'm not there, event log pattern

There is a pattern in both event logs, the M602 & M604.

From the M602
Entry number 50 event 40.08.00 secure file erase is disabled cycles 54836
#49 32.08.A3 Normal boot up
The next one is save/recover status OK, next would be firmware install error.
Before that#46 said normal shutdown, it goes through this cycle again and maybe
two more times then it shows a late fuser jam from tray 2
Does that cycle once and shows that late to fuser jam. 13.B9.D2

I will try and get this scanned and post it.
Both of these units are doing this. I'm beginning to suspect a power problem or network problem.

Has anyone ran in to this before?

I would move them to a different power outlet just to rule that out.

We had a issue where the customer was getting the 13.B9 error code. It turned out to be the Cartridge World rebuilt cartridges they were using.

Cartridge World.... yeah had a customer using that shit.... boss canceled maint agree because they REFUSED to use better supplies and tried to blame the crap on me.

OMG & Phil,
Thank for that tip on the cartridge. This company sub contracts me to service these printers for their customer.
They have their own brand of cartridge and I have seen them cause problems before. In this particular case,
one of the printers had a staples cartridge the other had their brand. Both are re-manned units. I will look
in the cost of an OEM for the one of the machines. The M602 is going to be replaced at the customers
request.
I will bring this point up to those who send me out on these.

My crew has also run into some fuser late jams that were caused by a faulty tray 2 pickup solenoid that sticks. If that is the case in your situation, it is a cheap & easy fix!

Does it have a rubber pad to dampen the click noise? I have seen this in several models of copiers and printers. Wish I'd thought of that
when I was there.
I will see if I can check on that should it return. And I found out this end user generally get there cartridges from staples.
