This is what I usually do when I got error 49.XXXX on HP printer.
Turn off the printer, delete any unfinished job in the queue ( or at the work station). Power up the printer.
If the error still there: power off the printer, disconnect network and usb cable, do a nvram init. , reconfig network setting.
Last result: replace the formatter board

A 49 error is usually ALWAYS a corrupted print job. I would NEVER perform an NVRAM Init for a 49 error.

Power off the printer, disconnect the network or USB cable and power the printer back on. If it comes to READY, clear print ques (server and/or local).

I don't mean to say you're not good enough. Well, I still haven't talked to JessupThe solution is very simple, I assure you. But your friends "hp-service" have been helping us out... Okay, well, there's a solution to this infocopy.net.ua

Everything works and is actually VERY fast!

    Reply from HP China

Hello, thank you for choosing HP products.

Disconnect all data lines or network cables, restart the printer, and see if an error is still reported. If an error occurs, please cancel all attachments and open them again.
If the error persists, reset the printer to factory settings (save the IP address and other information before proceeding).

Press OK to enter the printer's top menu - Manage - General Settings - Restore factory settings.

There is still a problem, please do the following: turn on the power, when all three lights are on (the three lights will light up after about 15-20 seconds), press the cancel button twice (this is the same as the previous one) The machine is different)) Too many, press once is absolutely inaccessible), you can see the following options, enter the pre-boot menu and select the administrator----(purtial clean / clean disk) startup option---cold reset

If you restart or cancel the attachment to start normally, the computer will output an error, which may be caused by a driver or software problem.
