    HP CLJ CP2025 Print quality

Any thoughts on what would cause this ? All cartridges have been changed.

    1) you say they have been changed.. are they using Genuine HP OEM toners?
    2) have you run color registration when installing the new toners? ( recommended by HP)

**note** Clean machine BEFORE trying to run registration.

what arre the life left on all service parts?

    do you have the manual?

The customer said they have changed them.
Compatible toners (I did change them myself yesterday with a set out a printer we have at the office which are compatible)
The machine only has about 45k on it.
I can access the manual from LaserPros.
One thing I failed to mention is that it is random, maybe 1-3 out of 50 and I have not personally witnessed it.

Haven't found many cases where compats are worth a shit. Also sounds like they didn't calibrate when installing the toners. I have the manual.

Looks like all the colors. Belt maybe? Good luck finding a belt anymore. Replaced one years ago and I was lucky to get it.

Aah the German flag issue I run into all the time...I'm fortunate enough that I usually know which toners were replaced last just before the issue started and it goes away after cleaning the image transfer belt ass'y and switching those toners for different ones.

My printers also don't do it on every page sometimes 3 in a row sometimes 1 in 50

This is caused by a flaw in the drum of one of the print cartridges. Hard to say which one though. The drum will discharge to the belt through a pinhole in the opc coating and that discharge causes all the drums to grab toner from their respective dev units at the same time. Like 8T2 said, it is nice when you can find out what color cartridge was replaced most recently. Check your supply levels and start with the one that is the newest.

Don't discount moisture, when you're dealing with electric leaks like that.
