Photosmart Pro B9180 Stall errors

I need a service manual for this , the unit is having errors . "Service Stall ... Press Ok to continue" and "Carriage Stall , clear carriage obstruction and press OK to continue" I have lubed the rail and cleaned the timing strip and checked for obstructions , no obstructions found . All of the inks are HP brand and freshly installed , but are past expiration dates , the print heads are all expired 2008 . I do not think the expired supplies should matter , but may . Everything seems ok , not getting any odd noises , just times out and goes to Stall errors , works on occasion and has little to no ink showing on prints . I suppose it may need the ink delivery system purged and cleaned , it may not be worth time to do and likely no parts are available . Any thoughts on this , besides just junking it ? Service manuals don't exist for Photosmarts or Deskjets.
