need toner out of another copier, will it work

I need to set this up but dont have toner in stock.

If I take it out of a copier in our showroom to do the runup procedure will that be fine?

The one in showroom has printed 200 pages so should be for still basically full.

Don't know that particular model but I've swapped HP toners from one mach to another. If there is a chip on toner it should carry the info to new machine.

ok. ended up getting toner from supplier so didnt need to try.

selling HP printers for first time in like 10 years and totally forgot they only come with starter toner cartridges that last about a week in a business environment
