Printer failure

Hi I have Hp officejet pro 8610 with error printer failure even when I charge all the cartridges it ll saw that all cartridges are okey and ready to print but when I command to print or copy it won't print or copy then it ll bring the massage printer failure and it ll show empty cartridges I have cleared the printhead still getting the same error what could be the problem

More than likely a bad printhead.
