When I got to the machine the carousel was out of position at magenta toner, I manually tripped the solenoid to rotate the carousel so I could get the toner in. Now that toner is in it is shooting blanks even on print engine test. The timing marks are lined up.
Any suggestions ?

Remove the rotary drive assembly and re-pad the solenoid. When these were still in the field in one of our accounts, I re-padded many of these solenoids.
