That typically would be faulty image drums in those colors. If it were happening with all the colors, it would be the ITB.

Just run the FULL calibration again and see if it aligns properly. If not, reman drum, crooked drum unit etc. Check which supply was last changed and that might be the issue but a 5 minutes full calibration will likely fix it.
