Pro 200 M251nw close rear door cycling with initialization

I had a 251 come in where the machine will do it's initial rotation then go into an open rear door. Then, without doing anything it will recycle and do this for hundreds of times if you let it. It never comes to ready and resets itself so it knows its closed. I took the interlock apart and its complete and in operating condition. Any other ideas?

have you checked them in SM?

sometimes HP products will give the "xxxx Door Open" but it could be other interlocks.

maybe something is preventing the door to fully close?

DC Controller.

Had an M276 doing something similar. Kept saying Jam in Output Bin. It would typically print one page, then the next sheet would be stuck in the rear.

So I ended up replacing the DC controller. Problem resolved. thank you to all who helped.
