Likes: Well people, it was the fuser, lovely piece of acetate (OHP) paper wrapped around the fuser belt. Un-repairable, cust wont pay 250 plus vat to replace.

well where did the acetate come from? sounds like it is the CUSTOMER fault to me.. make sure you charge them for your time there!Originally Posted by aabarnes1
