HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 series

I have been getting a lot of calls on the 9010 series. Thought they are considered as disposal my customer think they since they spend over $100 on it it should be free form any issues. I have been getting a lot of ink system failures such as inks and print heads. All I can seem to find for support is to replace the inks and print head. Does anyone know where i can get a service manual for this series of machines? I have several system error code to look up. 00.00.00, 17.02.80, 44.92.10, 17.02.60, 17.03.60, 17.01.60, 44.92.13, 17.00.65, and 17.03.65

There are no service manuals available outside of HP for these models (9010/9020). Are genuine inks being used? I would guess the printhead failure rate is high, just like on the Designjet T120/T520. The part number for the printhead is 3JB16A, however, you'll have a hard time finding it. You can't get it from the HP Parts Store, nor could I find it anywhere by searching for that part number.
