Hello, I need help with this HP printer, the magenta drum is not printing, the black prints very well. When the color option is selected, the cyan, yellow and black prints, the magenta does not, I have replace the magenta drum unit, no success. Kindly help with any useful information.

does it show on the toner meter?

is it a compatible toner?

is the laser lens cover in toner?

did you check to see if the toner/drum contact are clean n not bent?

are there any error codes listed?

how many pages on the machine total?

how many pages on the drums/belt/fuser?

can you do a stop test? is there magenta on the drum/itb?

other than swapping mentioned WHAT HAVE YOU DONE?

we need all pertinent ifNo in the OP SO WE DON'T SPEND weeks PULLING TEETH!
