HP 4015 Jamming in registation

I am hoping someone can help me...

I have about 10 HP 4015's doing the exact same thing, not all of a sudden but over the course of a year or so. When pulling from any tray the paper jams just under the registation assembly. It is like the paper catches on something. It is audible and when removing the jam the paper is folded forward on the leading edge right in the middle. So far I have replaced the registration assembly, tray 2 solenoid, DC Controller, and all the rollers are new. I am at a loss as to what is happening. it gives jam code 13.01. Am I missing something?

this sounds like a torque limiter in the tray. if it is not moving it will rip the paper right in the middle and cause your jam RC2-5771. Worth a try
